Hellion Wings are most likely to be a "Pay to Consume" or "Recharge" Event.
The Fiery Ice Wings, from what I saw over at the Chinese, (Not 100% sure if it will be same like here(have to post this so It don't get erased)), is it was obtained through the event we all love ^^...
