In light of R2's recent blogging movement, let's get acquainted.

//In-Game //
~ Crystal Saga was the first MMORPG I was avidly involved with. Introduced back in 2012 by an old companion, I was initially indifferent due to my disinterest in gaming. I ended up quitting after my first week, only to return after my guildmates lured me into doing so. In the care of one-of-a-kind company, I slowly, but surely became attached. Endless hours were spent entranced by the game and the players who surrounded me.

After all the time spent glued to the monitor, let me be the first to admit that I am no CS expert. Through no intentions of my own, I was sheltered, watched over, and extensively provided for in-game by my friends who held my hand every step of the way. All the progress and knowledge I gained was in light of those unnamed, who always took it upon themselves to make sure I had everything within arm's reach. It was not the game I ultimately fell in love with, but the people.

Years have passed and my in-game activity has since dwindled due to several unavoidable factors. The determinant that weighed the heaviest was the expected retirement of my closest guildmates. With the onset of new blood, the ambiance and overall framework of our guild changed far too drastically for me to remain, and so I too retired. Only making appearances when summoned, I now spend my sporadic time online quietly lounging around and [casually] refining my character's appearance.

~ I have since delved into Crystal Saga II, yet again having been led there by an old friend who had retired from CS. Due to time constraints, I have been approaching gameplay with a much more casual attitude.

//Behind the Screen //
Offline, I am a recent Radiation Sciences graduate working full-time in medical radiology whilst studying for my licensure boards (boy, was that a mouthful or what T_T). In contrast to my otherwise black and white background, my lifestyle can otherwise be described as alternative (inked and pierced to name a few). When I have moments to spare, I enjoy road trips, attending cultural festivals, anime conventions, miscellaneous events, and sleeping. If sleeping were a hobby, it would be def. be one of mine (probably because I don't get enough of it).

Such formalities hardly does any real justice, but there you have it -- myself in a quickie. Feel free to comment and introduce yourself!
