Riddle's Messy Wardrobe
Here is some process for Prospera from League of Angels . Since I feel the key pieces to her outfit are the jewelry, I wanted to make sure to do them accurately.
The process (so far) was
- Printed out paper templates to get the pieces to be the right size for me
- Created Line art in PhotoShop
- Imported it into Make a Cut! Software which comes with my Klic-N-Kut and created and cleaned up the vectors
- used the Pen function on to trace out the shape, This way I had a template already so I knew exactly where the pieces needed to go back on once they were cut. Then used the blade tool, to Cut the pieces out in comic book backing board out with the KNK ZING.
- Glued all the pieces onto board
- Added Monster clay for dimension
It still needs to be refined, remove the jewel pieces (added them for placement) then take a mold and cast them.
This is the 2nd time I have used the KNK Zing Machine and I have to say it has saved me SO much time when it comes to creating templates, especially stuff that is incredibly small.
