I come to ask for your help with a problem. It is the second time this error occurs to me. The first time I was forced to open a paypal dispute because, according to the development team, the transaction was NOT completed, however in PayPal it was completed and the money was debited from my account. Once they checked their PayPal they saw the dispute and asked me to close it so they could deliver the crystals to me and that's how it was.

I decided to give the game another chance and recharge again. And the same error occurred. I have written to support countless times and their responses are like, "Your transaction did not complete, try to request a refund." Who am I going to ask for a refund if not you? The money appears in your PayPal account, it is in your power to close the dispute and issue a refund, or request me to close the dispute and deliver the crystals.

This time I tried to recharge $ 4.99 twice. And both times the same error. I will leave screenshots of the payment vouchers here, and the dispute open in just ONE of the 2 transactions. Please moderators, send this information to the COMPETENT team, so they can verify the PayPal account. Tickets don't work for me and I don't want to wait for PayPal to close the dispute because I will lose the event.

I had same problem with this I sent ticket in and everything then later on in day the transaction went through, seems there is a long delay when using paypal now (it used to be instant). Just log out on account you was using and then log back in and wait it out is all I can suggest. For me it went through after logging out then logging back in make sure u pick same character if using alts I logged in on same account but different alt and it went to that character instead of the one I wanted it to go to.

No, bro, it's been over 48 hours now. If I pay with a card in paypal, apparently it works instantly; But this problem arises when I pay with the PayPal balance. The transaction comes out as "INCOMPLETE" and the PayPal account owner must confirm receipt of the funds in order for them to resolve.

I ask the forum moderators *Minori* / MemoryLane to send this message to the owner of PayPal.

Yes, Hachiro, if you are suggesting a Phisinh, it was not, it was in your own launcher that I clicked "Recharge" button. Payments were made to your PayPal address (payment2@f5game.com).

Paypal transaction went through with mines and R2 site says incomplete, talk to Paypal and they said their side went through talk to the vendor (R2Games). There seems to be a problem with R2Games allowing transaction to go through with paypal now for some reason. When u look at the posters photos u can see paypal charged him and he is not getting his crystals, when he goes on site it says go to checkout and checkout paypal says order complete or somthing like that. Ok found my old photo didn't delete it yet it will show what is in attachment. When u talk back to whoever you message Minori let them know there is a problem on their side with paypal purchases.

This is why I asked if the link was http or https as there have been many issues related to this. Seeing you have experienced this issue as well maybe you could answer. You could also look beside the link and if it has a little lock it should be https if it says not secure it is probably http.
