Charged back accounts... Need help asap

my friends account got an issue with his CC provider and charge back account on all his purchases. he is willing to pay for the crystals being charged to him. i need help where to pay those charged back account. my friend is willing to pay thanks i hope r2 will give us an option where to pay with regards to this issue.

Your friend needs to send in a ticket to www.r2games.com/support and explain the situation with the card. They will provide a link to pay back the money that was charged back.
