does anyone use 2 same skill seals? 2 epic seal of holiness equip at the same time, does the stun can do the same time? same on other skill seal, please answer it

From what I have researched, the skill seals will not stack but act as independent passives.

4 of the same seal will not give you a 20% passive. instead, you will gain 4 separate passives with 5% each. only 1 seal will go on cooldown if you manage to proc it.
