Nintendo should file a law suit lol.

I don't think they can file a law suit for this... they made them in reference to both of the legendary pokemon. If Nintendo did try to sue R2 for making a making mounts similar to Ho-Oh and Lugia, I think they wouldn't get far in the trial.... they might get they for making an exact copy of Ho-Oh, because the colors are the same, but the Lugia mount's colors are look more similar to Dark Lugia from Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness.
