Nay it's not a bug.
The only "bug" if you may call it, is where the 2nd person or the passenger is.

Either the passenger is hiding in the wicker of the broom or the blue orbs. o_o;
It is truly a Halloween mount. Where'd the other person went...

Ppl on S22 server saying they can 2-person mount it. Should I file a ticket about it with a screenshot or can you just check into it.
