i did redemptions level 45 and can't get sp

Onr of my characters completed the Reds but did not get the SP, she did get the Refinig caps and exp but no Soulprints.Character info shown below

I have 2 chars that did redemptions, both scions. One got a sp everytime it finished redemption the other did not at all.

Ive done lvl 55+ redemption and didnt get the soul prints. But on another char just got 2 soul print from 3 redemption lvl 86+

Derrock s61 Redemption 55. no sp and I filed ticket. They said it would be in my inventory. It is not even after a reboot.

Same here. I'm also from s61 and I did 3x redemption lvl 50. Only got RCs, exp, and honor but no soul prints.
