I don't even see where to get this even quest. I went to the quartermaster but she still has the same options, no Starglade Riches thing. Are we supposed to do something special to be eligible?

ok as a casher im mad -.- i go to goddess and to get the rewards and its telling me i have not spend 0 xtals thats kinda stupid cause i cashed about 120$ on here and thats 12000xtals and its not letting me get anything so what we suppose to spend cash now all over to get thats really dumb R2 way to go

there's a specific time for it to spawn.. will only get one random item from the chest.. maximum of 50 players per chest.. wow... sure it would be better if the quantity of the items are higher.. lol but nice job r2
