Can any1 tell me why ppl with LESS atk spd can kill these mobs faster while the dmg is fixed to 10k?

multi hit skills = more dps

As reported TIME AND TIME again in StarGlade L3-5 there is a bugged invader (don't know how many times this has been reported now) by the VIP Agent
