As we know the shining gem coupons obtained from vidalian packs are bound
why they cannot be upgraded to higher gems
plz make them be upgraded

They can be upgraded on higher gem,
3x shinning gem(bound)+1 purified crystal +85silver = Excellent Gem! (bound)

Me myself tried it.
These flawless gem of mine are made from shinning gem coupons! XD!

i try to upgraded my weapon&armor with any gem but it doesn't let me get any flawless gem even though i have gem coupons

It depends what kind of Gem coupons that you have jesusalvar. If you have flawless gem coupon, you can exchange it with flawless gem also to NPC-Quartermaster at Starglade

The Bound gems CAN be upgraded as long as it is ITS type which is the BOUND type
