Well BrotherVT being law of the server is somewhat true.
We can directly chat with a GM about a person's behavior in-game. And that person can be banned in a snap of a finger if we catch them.

BrotherVT was the first forum moderator, and as such the rest of us mods tend to defer to him when there's an issue or questions. So, he kinda is the "law" of the forums. being the law of the server would be a interesting nameing for it..
in other games i've seen it that the community choose's 2-3 players a server to enforce the rules and Filter/channel the complains for the GM's
Could help in the anti scamming like when trading ingame goods for item mall goods the ingame goods get given to the "choosen person" and then while he holds the goods the other party sends the item mall stuff.
