if you have cleared your cache and your internet speed is 1mbs download and 1 mbs upload rate and its been stuck on opening screen for more then 5 min, refresh. then wait, don't clear cookies again because you'll log out and have to log back in when refresh and also have to re download ALL the game information yet again. if you've already cleared cookies 2x, you shouldn't need to do it again. less you changed internet settings
