Ladder lvl 40 rb quest bug?

Some reason 3 toon on my ladder team miss lvl 40 rb quest, including party lead. 1 of them 3rd day in a row. And no, inventory not full and whole team inside of room before attacking and frost nothitting boss before all are in. Heard its happening for some others too...check it plz
