It seems that what ever the problem is its only effecting PVP servers i just created a toon on a PVE server and all is working fine so this problem is limited to us PVP players

Not sure im from pvp east server it could be only effecting the pvp servers

yes the game is down for most not everyone can log in and those who do get to log in there is nothing you can do but sit where you are .. it all started around 1600 server time yesterday the devz of r2 know about all this and they are working on it as best they can ..we all need to sit tght and wait and hopefully they will have it fixed sometime today .

The mobs aren't moving.
I tried to afk.
I am attacking mobs but mobs received no damages.
Cannot use portal or anything.

Nothing is working. I can't even take a step. Hours ago I could walk but not buff or go in any event or transport.
