i won 3 torches in dragon hunt and invited many to take advantage of the 3 torches after spawning. the problem is that not all who came got the xp they wanted. i and a 2 of my friends told me and a few others said that they did. but the rest said that they didn't. is there a limit to the the players whom gain xp from torches. or is there some other problem?

Yes, a torch can only give exp to 5 players. The people chosen for exp are random too (not first come first serve). Thus next time, it is recommended that you bring 4 of your friends with you to an empty place (best place being indigo blight) so that you will not have anyone stealing your exp. -
Yes. 5 players. That's why people create torch parties (because a party is max 5 players) and then find a secluded place with few to no people to do it.(S14)Squintina
