Banned for inactivity?

Just a regular question that got me curious., since it happend to me on the "lekool Crystal saga server"

Will your account be wiped out as you go inactive long enaugh in this game? even with any lvl on the account?

utomatic Account Deletion
For a better gaming experience, our systems will automatically delete the following characters.
1. Level ≤ 7 characters that haven't been online for more than 6 days.
2. Level ≤ 20 characters that haven't been online for more than two weeks (14 days).
If you are a VIP member or if you have a Crystal in your inventory, your character will not be deleted.




So, lets say, im using my acc, thats lv 40+ and i get inactive for 365 days (1 year)

Will it still be terminated then? (its not a VIP account, and has never bought gems)

And also, since i have chars that are lv 21, are they safe and wont be deleted no matter how long i go inactive of this game?

That is correct -- as long as your toon(s) are at least level 21, they will not be automatically deleted regardless of how long they have not been logged into.
