Dodge % Decreasing

Hello, i just wana ask why when i keep on adding Agility Points my Dodge % is Decreasing,. I thought it has to Increase more dodge than decrease,. pls answer me,. im confused that it might be not right., or it was made that way

dodge, crit and hit % all decrease as you level. it takes high soul work to maintain high stats in these areas but it is definitely well worth the time investment.
