The infinite loading display should resolve itself and disappear in some seconds or so, directing you to the character screen. If it's stuck on infinity loading, you can try the following fixes: clearing your browser history, cache, and temporary files, using different browsers, closing any unnecessary windows/tabs, restarting your device/internet source, using wired connection instead of wifi, using a proxy, and/or manually changing your DNS/IP address.
