    I bought some xtals today and have not received them so I tried to check my purchase history and it told me that my email wasnt verified so i tried to verify it checked spam and junk folders after 20 minutes still nothing so I thought id give it some more time and try writing a ticket. I fill out a ticket and it says it will email me the ticket # to check on the status of the problem and I dont receive that email either. I tried verifying my email with two other email addresses one gmail one hotmail like suggested still haven't received an email on either of those either. The main one I use is an aol email address.

    I bought the crystals to take advantage of the event that ends tonight. If i cant get this fixed soon I will miss out on the event and it will probably stop me from ever buying again. I am quite upset at the moment.

    I know there's problems with receiving replies from support when using an AOL email, but there shouldn't be a problem when using yahoo.

    The first purchase you ever make on an account can take up to 12 hours to go through the system, so that may also be a part of your delay.

    I will see about flagging down a GM to take a look at this, as soon as I see one on.
