my character lock on R2S73 forgotten

Hi Guys, Recently i went away for 2 weeks to Jamamica for a vacation and failed yet again to write down my password, Now Chrome remembers my login but i failed to write down my character lock i can prove all verifications if needed but i would write this on the forum but it said my user name cannot write on the forums cause its name is [inappropriate]... I am on S(73) Green Plains and my characters name is Pokabo Level 51 it was recently hacked and i got my info back and all that good stuff before i left. How can i get my toon back and change my toon lock?

You will need to file your inquiry to the ticket system here: http://support.r2games.com/. Include the character's IGN, server, and explain that you've forgotten your character lock and would like it removed. The GM assigned to your case will require confirmation on a few things before they proceed.
