Hi, i have registered for a VIP last month and now it automatically register using my credit card. could i cancel my vip? and get rid of the automation?

If you do not want to be charged automatically at the end of the month for VIP, then you will need to send a ticket to http://tickets.r2games.com (If you don't know the transaction number, just use any numbers). Be sure to include the email address linked to your account and the email address linked to your VIP.

VIP is a monthly subscription, and will auto renew until you send a ticket to cancel.
