    When I file a ticket I don't get Auto E-Mail from Support or an E-Mail from Support about my problem. Why?
    I wouldn't do anything for a Klondike Bar

    This is most likely due to the email provider blocking replies from support. I know that most ISP provided email addresses and AOL are the most common ones that block those mails from getting to you.

    If you aren't already, try using a yahoo or gmail address for tickets.
