Please explain

I have 2 different accounts with the same server "Eternal Sanctum." Why is it that when i logged in both of them, the other one is i a server full of players, while the other account is in a map without any players? yet they both are from the same servers.... Please explain... Is this a bug?

Make sure your 2 characters are on the same instance. This can be checked by looking at the top left corner of your minimap for the "L#", normally most maps will have from L1 - L5, clicking on that "L#" will give you the option to change instance
