For what ever reason I am not allowed to submit a support ticket. My character does not exist on the server I am playing on right this very second currently a lvl33. I purchased crystals the order has gone thru it is referenced on my account. I lack goods or services rendered, and I have no recourse accept for here as I am NOT ALLOWED to submit a support ticket.
