First to 160, now what?

Not sure if someone has already asked this question or not. Im the first person on my server to reach 160 but i haven't gotten my title or rewards. Is there someone specific that i need to speak too? Can't figure this out, any help is appreciated, ty ^^

Think you had to be lvl 160 in that week the event was going, then claim reward from Quartmaster, but since event is gone it's too late now... If I'm wrong some one will correct me.

That is correct -- the rewards were only redeemable for the week of.

Description: For the following week, reach certain level and receive according rewards at the Quartermaster.

1.Each rewards can only be redeemed once!
2.The first player who reaches Lv.160 of every server will get the extra following rewards:

Dont suppose that event will be making a come back anytime soon. Or was it just a 1 time thing?
