You should be able to answer the questions they are asking you to recover your account.

You can reply via e-mail. There should be instructions included in the content of the e-mail.

This is not a case that you can address on the forum. You will need to discuss a resolve with the GMs via ticket.

That depends on the rate of your's and the GM's responses. I advise you to try to actively respond in hopes of settling things by the weekend's arrival. Because some of our GMs take the weekend off, you may not receive further assistance until Monday otherwise.

Give your ticket a minimum of 24 hours for the initial response. The GMs will be asking you to confirm several things to confirm ownership of the account. Until you do so, no actions will be taken.
