    Why are you guys closing our tickets with out you responding to them?

    If you need to re-open a case, simply post another response in the same ticket. Avoid creating duplicate tickets as it only complicates matters in the backend.

      but i have this is my 3rd ticket with in a month and they all get closed and no response. all about the Chaos wings. what's up with that?

          If you are creating duplicate tickets, they will be closed by the support team. Please keep to a single ticket regarding one matter.

            right but how do they keep a ticket open if they never email you back about it? future question..

            ok. So how do I reply to a ticket tho, if they never reply to it in my email?

              Tickets automatically close when inactive for so long, hence why unattended cases need to be revived with a response from yourself along with the request of a ticket forward.
