Dear players, a recent Chrome update now reminds you to Turn Off Flash every time you open it. If you accidentally clicked Turn Off, click here for help with enabling Flash.
The ticket system goes through email. When you get a reply to your ticket, you will get an email. If you don't get a reply to your ticket, you will get an automated email in 2 weeks letting you know to respond to it to keep it open.
If you need your ticket forwarded, we will need your character name and server, or you can pm a moderator with your email address, and we will request an update for you.
I received a reply with a question from support to email, how do I reply to them? Should I reply directly to the email? The system is really confusing.
If you want to reply to them in the email, just type above the line that it indicates in the email. It should say something along the lines of "Type above the line for further questions" or something like that.
If your question wasn't answered, and you are still needing assistance, send a ticket
If you have already submitted a ticket, you should receive an email from support and be able to reply to that email. If the ticket doesn't appear in your inbox, check your spam tan in email. Other than that, you should be able to reply to them.
If your question wasn't answered, and you are still needing assistance, send a ticket
I understand, but...
I already answered the email before. But they didn't check the same thing.
Even though I answered, within 2 weeks I received a message saying:It's been over 2 weeks since you answered us, so we changed your case to RESOLVED.
I could only respond by email. Because I cannot access the ticket.
The email is the ticket. There is no other place to view your tickets. You respond to the email above the line at the top.
The email you receive letting you know that the ticket will close is an automated email. It instructs you to reply to it if your issue is still not resolved. You should respond to your email weekly, if you haven't received a response. Depending on the issue, I would advise not waiting a week, and instead contact a moderator with your character name and server after a few days.
