what item will you need to remove gems socketed in your sperion and where do you get those?

Gem Removers should do the trick. You can get these items from Killer's Den and in higher dungeons from what I can recall.
Another way to get them is to directly purchase them from the Fate Shop/Game Shop (Press Y ingame) under the "Upgrades" tab. They cost 150 Crystal each.
How many Gem Removers required depends on the Sperion Gem level.
