Buying Xtals

So i was trying to get 1000 xtals yesterday with the thing that looks like and so..after i filled everything out,it said something was wrong with the Credit card info which really surprised me..since I put all the credit card stuff in correctly me and my parents and cousins tried to find out what i did wrong but we couldn't find anymistake .-. is there any suggestions of what i could have done? i was thinking about filing a ticket but idk..
