why is it that we can,t put items for hearaldy in it such as rune protection stones , rune meduims and such ?

this happen all week event with others stuff too

it happens all week, since the database has these items named the same (points box and items)... even if we dont see it it doesnt mean its not there, like all of the invisible things in SG that we cant even go there to put vend/shops.. its there.. just not visible, just like this items is invisible during non poi week

First, here's a summary..

These packs same name as the item themselves....

i can do this video job xD have to wait for Points week though, since its the cause of it.. Points packs that is named the same as the items...

its a long list.. i gathered pictures too.. both the item, item description, pack, pack item description that causing the bug and any duplicates like it has orange pack with same name as a puple pack.. or a gold pack with same name.. either or or both

idk if 1 post is enough fr all the pictures but we shall see.. i have the video.. ( i did use an alt since im too lazy to log my main back <need offline exp>)

you cant put items in the wanted shop that share the same name as packs in POI, for w/e reason some of the items are simply called that item for example Rune of Evil (one of the items you cant buy) the pack in POI is simply called Rune of Evil so when you type it into wanted shop the game thinks it's the untradeable POI pack instead of the actual item thus why some items cant be put into wanted shop, should get r2 to change all POI packs to be name of item then (POI Pack) in brackets for example Rune of Evil (POI Pack) then the game wont think Rune of Evil is the POI pack anymore and should register it as the normal tradeable item.

If anyone is willing to create a video showcasing the items that are unable to be placed in a shop for purchase it would be of great assistance to have the shop issues fixed.

I'm uncertain as to why this is. Can you please supply a video of this issue? You can create the video with a phone recording, or through apps such as flashback recorder, and upload them to youtube. You can list the videos as unlisted and private message me or KanaDT the link and we'll forward it to the appropriate person. The link for the youtube video can also be posted on this thread for forwarding.
