Can't see others bug?

This has happened to me twice now with two different players. When we want to go into a dungeon together we meet either in starglade or somewhere else and we can never see each other or the team created. Tried many methods like setting max players in settings or log out/log in but still nothing. What's going on?

Just tried switching between browsers (Google Chrome and Firefox) Still the same issue. What an unusual bug.
