Was the VIP tab on your Account page not able to help you?

If you paid by mobile billing, then the transaction would be on your phone bill.

Scroll down and click on VIP state. It will tell you your next billing date there. If you doesn't tell you there, then you can look at your bank/credit card records for the transaction for playspan in the amount of $7.99, you can look at your paypal payment history to see when the last payment was made, or you can file a ticket and ask what date your VIP renews on.
