S63 Crystal payment not recieved yet (cannot file a ticket either)

Hello, I am S63 Dad and I haven't gotten my $10.00 Crystal pack yet but I got my VIP immediately... I used a $20.00 UGC (CAN). It says my offer was completed but it isn't.


Shows here that it's completed, yet it is not.
I have only VIP so far, I was told to send a ticket but I couldn't, because it said that my character isn't verified on S63 or something.



Here shows that I have bought both purchases (since I'm using CAN money, I have a weird number of ultimatepoints.)

I have yet to recieve my First Payment pack and it has been 4 days since I bought it... I filed a ticket, it seems like they don't care.


They said they sent the pack 5 times, but nothing has been done.

Okay, give it a few more hours, then try sending in the ticket again. If you tried it with a screenshot before, then don't use the screenshot. You can also try it with a different email address, as that could be causing the error.

If you're still having a problem, send all the information that is requested in the ticket form to me, and I'll send it to a GM.

If you *just* made your purchase, please give it some time. The first payment can take up to 12 hours to process through the anti-fraud verification system.

I heard you get a 3-Day gryphon and some other stuff for buying crystal. Is that still here, or did youguys remove that event?
