    I still have not received my Crystals

    Hello
    I bouth Crystal for Crystal Saga and in my acount history say:

    "Status:Completed" it is in this status for 12 hours ago. I have sent 2 ticket but I have not received a response or crystal
    Can you help me pls? Ticket number:689558
