That's the problem right there, that kind of reasoning. If you put it to real life, even if you are ignorant about the law that exist, in the instance you broke it you shall have to suffer the consequences. They are not fearless nor mocking, most players dont bother to read ToS. Its just pure human insting to get advantage of anything they could.
