Does anyone have their toon this big? i played before but its not that big and i can see more display a lil further.

you using chrome browser ? maybe you zoom it and forgot that you did it

Could be your screen or browser. I was playing CS on another computer 1-time and that browser or computer screen somehow made the char feel bigger even though everything looked normal when u play on regular desktop/laptop.
