    5 days and no gems

    Is there any way to contact someone from R2 besides opening a ticket? ive opened 4 tickets and no reply yet. its been 5-6 days since I purchased my first 1000 gems and another 3 days since I bought the last 1000 gems. I don't really know where to find the transaction number to put it into the ticket. Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Ticket 571669 - 607218 - 173002 - 157396. I didn't have a r2 account setup when I bought the crystals so it didn't send me a mail. I got the mail from kong. I do have a screenshot of the transaction history saying I bought the 1000 gems twice if u want that. 571669 is the one most recent so look into that 1 please and ty

    Can you please give me all 4 of your ticket numbers, then choose which one you'd like a response to? I'll have them close the other 3 to reduce clutter and confusion.

    The transaction number would be in the email receipt following the purchase of the crystals.
