Have Not Received First Time Pack on s66 Nightmoor Hollow Server

I have recharged my account with crystal 3 times already and just today i recharged again to receive first time pack and have got nothing.
The only reason why i recharged was because of this promotion. Can the GMs do something about this cause i feel like it was false advertising.

I'll go check out what can be done regarding the First Recharge Pack. You're not the only one having this issue.
