Legendary (Perfect) Fragarach Staff V enchant hell

Been over 3 months used over 450-500 dcs, used around 200 today and I can't get it to +12 keep
going from +9 to +7 to + 4 (90% the time).

How people get above this level.. You would think 120+ tries with the best stones would get to +12 >.< any advice

Try to lvl up right after maint.

Just try to reduce lag as much as possible , go somewhere there are few players , dismount , close chat ect , other than that there really are no tricks to it , its all luck.
