Im so late on new servers and im so gap on levels and on their power, they are too OP for me. Can we make a new server for new Good Players like me ?

S70 was released, oh I don't know, like a week ago, so if you join there, you're not really all that behind. No matter, no information regarding new servers are released until shortly before the launch date. You'll just have to keep popping in and checking the forum.
