Sadly . clearing the cache and cookies doesn't work .-. Even if you tried login it into different computer x-x

That is actually a viable suggestion from SlimShady, please try that. Also, please clear your cache and cookies completely, as you could be storing the cookie from when you were banned.

They have checked your account and they don't see anything wrong with it. The GM did mentioned that she's had the 'Unknow error' happen to her in the past and clearing the cache and cookies resolved it.

did u reboot your modem like i told you to? simply unplug it and plug it back in after 2-3 minutes.
