can i move my character to angel island PVE Server?

im just dying to know if its possible to transfer my hellstorm character to angel island because i have a friend on there

There is no possible way to move your character. I suggest that if you have found that you like one server over another then you just create a new character there.

There's no way for you to move/transfer your character to any other server, for any reason. Server merges are scheduled by R2 -- they pick the time and which servers they're going to merge. You can make a suggestion of which server you want to be merged with, but there is no guarantee you'll get it or even when it'll happen.
