i tried asking a gm on my account mirza98 but its been like 2 years and no response

none have told me anything about my account yet my very first account her name is kyokio and it was a character my sister made me and I really want it back it was stolen by a girl with 2 accounts 1 she has is Xandie with some letters she gave me a death threat plz find my character her old username was : kyokio and there is 3 characters on there plz find them ty

this issue is getting to be rather urgent as it is not resolved yet and someone else is going to be attempting to file a ticket and claim theyre the rightful owner (which they arent) please help, i need a quick resolution to this like right now
