I have gotten 72 chocolate candy right now since the event started. Tomorrow i hopefully get 28 so that i got 100 but i wanne ask if the full dreamy wing cost 100 candy or is it only dreamy wing shards i get when buying?

Looking at synthesis panel i see no dreamy wings on shards. So Dreamy wings is their freebie for this event only 100 candies. Let's thank DP for it.

the server S128 is missing the extra value box so no way to take advantage of those deals. Eg. the deal to get vip point cards.
