But yea, u recharge 6000golds as u can see in picture 1

Yes u can use it. That wings for 0,99$ are called Growth Wings. This one that u will get are Fancy Wings, so once again YES u can use it

i'm not sure about that, fancy wings are like costumes for the growth wings, i don't believe you can use fancy without the growth wings

pre-anniversary is done, you'll just have to wait for the full anniversary event coming in May

I can confirm that you can activate and use the fancy wings.

You'll be able to equip and see the wings on the toon but the wings won't be visible on the character panel.
