Description: Double click to get one random item, including: World Cup Wings Shards, World Cup Outfit Shards, Stan the Nutcracker Shards, Dickson the Nutcracker Shards, Backup Balls, Golden Soccer Shoes, Challenge Tickets, etc.

Soccer Festival

Duration: 07/02/2014 - 07/07/2014
Servers: All Servers
Description: Join Dragon Pals’ Soccer Festival and earn awesome rewards by scoring goals and earning flags!
Rules
1. Players can use Challenge Tickets to switch the country they want to try to goal for.
2. Each country gets 5 free kicks, switching to a different country resets free attempts.
3. A Backup Ball is needed when free attempts have been used to continue kicking.
4. A Power Kick consumes one Golden Soccer Shoe.
5. Earn 3 goals to win the match and receive the corresponding reward item.
6. Use items you collect from winning matches to exchange for rewards in the exchange panel.
7. Be careful, exchange attempts are limited.
8. Work together with other players from your server to earn server goal rewards.
9. Server goals and personal goals reset every day.

Based on the Picture shown and "complete ur side quest to grab ur goodies" , I think Yes, we can get it from DT,TH, Single Instance.

Sounds like it will carry over. As long as you didn't sell your flags or use them earlier. XD

the pic for the chests shows it to be gainable from 7D so yes it will most likaly be gainable from the rest also

sounds like carry over and not just that, it carries over your attempts as well. So if you got all of the sun stones, then you can't get sun stones.

This is considered as just extension of the event but I don't understand why they put up as a new event? all they gotta say is "the event had been extended its date"
