Treasure point chest disappearing

Issue Reporting: I've recently became aware that I'm experiencing this same issue as previously reported by, R285518557. When I opened up my Inventory BackPack in order to Use some of my 3 - {99) quantity of Treasure Shop Points Chests, that's when I realized that I couldn't find them...and figured out that the 3 blank spaces that I had in my Inventory BackPack are my 3-99 each totalling = 297 Treasure Shop Points Chests.
I've accidentally placed one of them into my Guild's WareHouse Storage, and I'm not able to place it back into my Inventory BackPack either.

It was reported to the techs, it can take some time to fix.

yes i did reset and clear everything in my browser
